Full job description HR ASSISTANT | SPECIALIST LAW FIRM | £40,000 | 4:1 HYBRID
Are you an HR Assistant with 1+ years’ experience who is ready to move beyond purely administrative HR and start building a broader, more generalist skill set?
We’re working with a highly respected specialist law firm looking for an HR Assistant to join their London team and work closely alongside the HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to the full employee lifecycle and is keen to develop their career across a wider HR remit.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across areas including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, policies and procedures, performance management, training and development and day-to-day employee support. Working within a relatively small and personable team means you’ll have plenty of visibility, responsibility and the opportunity to get involved - rather than being pigeonholed into one area of HR.
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 4 days in the office / 1 day from home
Experience: Minimum 1 year’s HR experience
