Family Solicitor — Position Overview:

*Manage a full and varied caseload of HNW family matters
*Handle divorce, nuptial agreements, children and financial matters
*Competitive remuneration in line with experience and progression

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:

*Experience providing tailored advice to HNW clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, and private individuals from diverse backgrounds.
*Experience in all aspects of childcare law
Requirements of the Family Solicitor:*Minimum of 10 years PQE as a Family Solicitor dealing with HNW Private family matters
*Have a proven track record of developing business
*Able to maintain strong, trusted client partnerships
*Have a strong desire in taking on a leadership role and build the department further.
