Description
*Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
*Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather required information.
*Carry out legal research to support the team’s ongoing cases.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure all legal files are up to date.
*Assist with preparing reports and summaries for internal and external use.
*Coordinate with the wider legal team to ensure deadlines are met.
*Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
*Provide general support to the legal team as needed.
Profile
A successful Residential Paralegal should have:
*Experience or education in legal studies, particularly in property law.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
*Proficiency with standard office software and legal research tools.
Job Offer
*Daily rate of £225 to £275, dependent on the level of experience.
