We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team!
At Saffron Court we offer 24 hour support to clients with a mild learning disability or mental health diagnosis. We also support clients who have physical disabilities or who are vulnerable living on their own.
What You’ll be Doing
*Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential home
*Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care
*Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Safeguarding standards
*Develop and implement care plans
*Conduct staff training and development
*Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
*Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
What You’ll Need
*Driving License is required – must be able to drive
*Minimum of NVQ Level 3 and willing to work towards their level 5 in Health and Social Care
*Minimum of 5- years’ experience working in a similar environment
*Strong leadership and management skills
*Flexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environment
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC and best practices
*Commitment to providing high-quality care
