Location: Preston Park, Brighton
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour DOE
Positions: 3 available
Temporary 1 - 3 months
An excellent opportunity has arisen for three Project Administrators to join one of our longstanding clients, an established healthcare organisation based in Preston Park, Brighton. This will be on a temporary basis for anywhere between 1 - 3 months.
This is a new project requiring additional administrative support, with a strong focus on processing information accurately, coordinating referrals and appointments, maintaining records and communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.

The Requirements:
*Previous administrative experience
*SystmOne experience is highly desirable
*Previous healthcare, NHS or patient administration experience would be advantageous
*Strong IT skills and confidence using database and information systems
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing information
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Confident communicating with patients and healthcare professionals
*Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise workload
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
*Understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information
*Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Role:
*Provide administrative support across a new healthcare project
*Process and manage referrals accurately and efficiently
*Update and maintain patient and project information using internal systems
*Use systems including SystmOne to record and manage information
*Liaise with patients, GP practices, clinicians and other healthcare providers
*Respond to queries professionally and ensure issues are followed through
*Coordinate and book appointments where required
*Maintain accurate and high-quality records
*Prepare correspondence and confirmation letters
*Support the management of patient pathways and follow-up activity
*Assist with scheduling and general project coordination
*Ensure sensitive information is handled securely and confidentially
*Provide wider administrative support to the project team as required
