Salary: £39500 - £41500/hr DOE

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller who has leadership experience or is looking to take that next step. This is working with a well-established engineering company that covers a huge variety of sectors, working on large components in small batches.
This is a hands on role where you will still be running 5 axis milling machines, but also optimising processes, running the milling section, CAD programming (training can be provided) and working closely with the shop floor manager.
To be considered
*You must be able to set & operate up to 5 axis milling machines
*Edit or write programmes using G code based controls
*Experience working with large components
*Live local to Rugby or within a reasonable commute
*Previous CAD experience is a benefit
*Experience with process optimisation
