This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a professional office environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities while supporting a team of surveyors and office staff.
Your new role
Working approximately 15-20 hours per week across 2-3 days, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the business, acting as a central point of contact for clients, surveyors and external stakeholders.

What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Office Manager, Team Administrator or Business Support role
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Experience managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*A professional and customer-focused approach
*The ability to work independently and use initiative
*Experience in property, construction, surveying, engineering or professional services would be advantageous but is not essential
What you’ll get in return
The role is offering £17.24 per hour and will allow you to work flexibly - 2 or 3 days a week. There is free parking on site and the role is on an ongoing, long-term basis with the potential to be made permanent depending on performance and business needs.
