What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, ensuring high quality tax compliance and advisory services
*Review tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff, providing constructive feedback
*Support and mentor junior team members, assisting with their technical development
*Liaise directly with clients on tax planning matters and identify opportunities for added value work
*Assist partners with ad hoc advisory projects and technical research
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*ATT and/or CTA qualified, or qualified by experience
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance and advisory matters
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
*Proven ability to manage and develop junior staff members
