A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Worthing is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of a Commercial Property Fee Earner.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a Paralegal who is confident managing their own caseload or a Solicitor with around 1-3 years’ PQE. The PQE level is very much a guide, and applications from candidates with relevant commercial property experience at other levels will be considered.
You will join a supportive and professional team and have the opportunity to handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a broad range of clients and transactions. The role would suit someone who is commercially minded, client-focused and keen to develop their career within a successful regional practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience in Commercial Property
*The ability to confidently manage their own caseload
*Strong client care and communication skills
*A good understanding of commercial property transactions
*A proactive and organised approach
*For solicitors, approximately 1-3 years’ PQE is a guide rather than a strict requirement
