*12 month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in Central London with some international travel. Day rate equivalent of salary £55k*
In this role you will:
*Assist in the planning and delivery of a wide range of education events, including live, virtual, and hybrid formats.
*Manage projects from initial brief through to post-event review, ensuring smooth execution.
*Coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, oversee registrations, and handle on-site delivery.
*Oversee multiple events across different time zones, prioritising tasks effectively.
*Analyse event data such as attendance, engagement, and ROI to identify improvements.
To be successful in this role you will have:
*Experience in event production, ideally in blue chip/matrix organisation in areas such as tech, media or education.
*Confidence managing several projects simultaneously.
*Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
*Experience working with event registration platforms, CRM systems, and vendor negotiations.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and C-Level partners.
*An analytical mindset with experience measuring event success and return on investment.
