Full job descriptionAs a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their enquiries and ensuring their experience is smooth and efficient. This temporary position in the business services industry plays a key role in delivering excellent customer support and maintaining satisfaction.

This is a financial services organisation based in Leeds.
Description
*Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
*Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns effectively.
*Maintain customer records by updating account details and logging interactions.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.
*Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
*Follow company guidelines and procedures to deliver consistent service quality.
*Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
*Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required.
*Must be able to pass a DBS & Credit check.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proven ability to handle customer enquiries with patience and professionalism.
*Attention to detail and accuracy when managing customer information.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving issues.
*Basic IT skills, including the ability to use email and customer management systems.
*A positive and customer-focused attitude.
