*This is a 6 - 12 week contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in Central London. Pay £15ph*
This role offers a fantastic chance to be part of a globally recognised awards programme, supporting the delivery and growth of initiatives that recognise excellence across industry sectors. It’s a hands-on, proactive position suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple projects and exploring new ways to engage audiences.
In this role you will:
*Support the end-to-end delivery of several awards programmes, managing submissions and deadlines.
*Liaise with entrants, ensuring all information is complete and assisting with any questions.
*Proactively identify and reach out to prospective entrants across different sectors.
*Maintain accurate records of entries, contacts, and organisations, ensuring data is up to date.
*Build strong relationships with participants to promote ongoing engagement and repeat entries.
To be successful, you will need:
*Experience working with awards, events, or in a customer-focused environment.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
*Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with senior professionals.
*A proactive approach to outreach and relationship-building.
*Sharp attention to detail within data and submission management.
