Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client, a leading Intellectual Property firm, is seeking an experienced Patent Paralegal to join their busy team in London on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role you will be supporting Patent Attorneys across patent filings, formalities and administrative work.
Key responsibilities:
*Preparing and filing UK, EP and PCT applications.
*Managing deadlines, docketing and case records.
*Supporting EP grants, validations and prosecution.
*Liaising with clients, attorneys and overseas associates.
*Preparing reports and correspondence and providing general team support.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous Patent Paralegal or IP experience in private practice.
*Good knowledge of UKIPO, EPO and PCT procedures.
*Experience with IP systems
*Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
