Elior Support Services - The People Behind Every PlateElior UK is looking for a passionate and detail-focused Nutritionist to join our Education division , supporting primary, secondary, SEND schools, and colleges.
You’ll be part of a wider community of Dietitians and Nutritionists, working alongside experienced colleagues to provide specialist nutritional support across our education sites. This is a varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference to children’s health and wellbeing, particularly supporting those with food allergies, intolerances and medical conditions requiring tailored menus.
This is a field-based role, so you’ll need to be flexible and able to travel to our Education sites as required.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Field Based

What you’ll be serving up…*Writingmedical diet menus for children across primary and SEND school sites.
*Working closely with ourDevelopment Chefs to develop suitable medical diet recipes.
*Liaising withparents, healthcare professionals and schools regarding children requiring medical diets.
*Supporting our Marketing team withnutrition fact sheets, presentations and customer-facing content .
*Supporting the Dietitian with projects including menu coding to highlight nutritional benefits.
*Providing nutritional support to our Education operations teams viaemail, phone and site visits when required.
*Delivering added-value activities in schools, includinginteractive healthy eating presentations and pop-ups .
*Attending parents’ evenings and open days when required.
*Working as part of our wider nutrition community, sharing best practice and contributing to projects and ongoing professional development.
The ingredients you’ll bring…*A minimumBSc degree in Nutrition .
*Knowledge offood allergies and intolerances .
*Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
*Strongverbal and written communication skills .
*Excellent IT skills and confidence managing busy inboxes.
*The ability to keep up to date withcurrent research and relevant legislation .
*Experience using amenu management system would be desirable, but isn’t essential.
*A genuine interest in supporting children and helping schools provide safe, suitable and nutritious food.
