Full job descriptionAn outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Business Services Senior to join a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Coventry, offering flexible working, a strong company pension, and much more. The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, preparing accounts and management information while providing proactive support and advice. What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Prepare year end accounts for a range of clients across various sectors
*Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong working relationships
*Review the work of junior team members, offering guidance and support
*Liaise directly with clients on accounting and tax matters
*Assist with the training and development of less experienced staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE)
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proactive, organised, and able to manage a busy workload independently
