Full job descriptionAn excellent new opportunity has arisen with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bradford, who are looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Manager to join their growing team, offering flexible working, a strong company pension, and much more. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio of private clients, working closely with partners and senior management to deliver a first-class advisory and compliance service. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the continued growth of the private client tax department.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, including high net worth individuals, trusts, and partnerships
*Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services alongside compliance work
*Review tax returns prepared by junior staff and provide technical support and mentoring
*Liaise directly with clients and HMRC on complex tax matters
*Support business development and identify opportunities to grow the private client offering
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*CTA and/or ATT qualified (or qualified by experience)
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of personal tax, trusts, and capital gains tax
*Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
*Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members
