You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, taking ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, while mentoring junior colleagues and liaising directly with clients on technical matters.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Plan, execute, and finalise audit assignments across a varied client portfolio
*Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team
*Liaise directly with clients on technical audit and accounting matters
*Identify areas for process improvement and add value to client relationships
*Support managers and partners with ad hoc technical and advisory projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist)
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*Proven ability to manage multiple audit assignments to deadline
