Location : Ashby Road, LE67 3LB
Contract type : Full time (must be flexible, day and night 12 hour shifts)
Rate : £20.62 per hour

About Primrose Place
When open, Primrose Place will feature 36 en-suite bedrooms, across three units. Each unit will have its own dining room, lounge, and sensory bathroom.
With this small group living, we’re able to provide a homely and supportive environment, that’s more responsive to individual needs.
Primrose Place will offer a caring environment where people receive the support they need, close to their loved ones.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join us and be a part of the development of a brand new service. You will be part of the journey from the very beginning, giving you a real opportunity to make your mark.
Our fully paid, 3 week bespoke Induction will start on the 5th January 2027!
About the role
This is a highly skilled nursing role where you’ll be accountable and responsible for supporting people’s holistic needs. It requires a range of clinical and nursing skills.
You’ll provide the highest standards of nursing care for adults living with complex care and health needs. Our care focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

*assessing, planning and providing person-centrednursingcare for the people we support

*the safe administration ofmedication

*promotinghealth and wellbeing

*being theNurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift

*managing situations when people displaybehaviours of concern

*promoting choice,dignity , independence and respect.

About you
