A growing business is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for management accounts, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and business insight, working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare monthly management accounts, board packs, and KPI reporting.
*Deliver variance analysis and commercial insights.
*Manage forecasts, budgets, cash flow, and financial modelling.
*Monitor working capital, credit control, and cash performance.
*Support VAT returns, audits, and statutory reporting.
*Improve financial controls, reporting processes, and system efficiency.
*Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities.
About You
Essential
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified.
*Experience producing management accounts.
*Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling skills.
*Knowledge of audit and statutory reporting requirements.
*Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Desirable
*Exposure to finance, CRM, and operational systems.
*Experience improving cash flow and working capital.
*Background within a growing or scaling business.
