The Customer Service Administrator role will be part of an team acting as a central point of contact between customers and third parties managing customer orders whilst maintaining day to day administrative support. Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:
*Providing daily support to customers, managing queries relating to orders, and deliveries
*Building working relationships between customers via email and telephone
*Working closely with third parties monitoring orders through to dispatch and delivery, supporting with delays and issues
*Liaising with on-site warehouse and suppliers regards to availability
*Coordinating with internal team and keeping customers informed of changes to availability and timescale
*Creating and maintaining customer accounts for invoice processing; checking charges and discrepancies
*Managing customer data
Customer Service Administrator skills:
*Customer Service experience is essential
*Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
*Microsoft Office Excel is essential
