The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced Financial Adviser who wants to focus on advising clients and developing long-term relationships, while benefiting from comprehensive back-office support.
You will be responsible for:
*Managing and developing relationships with an existing client bank.
*Identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
*Building and growing your own portfolio of clients.
*Delivering holistic financial advice tailored to individual client needs.
*Developing strong, long-term client relationships.
*Working collaboratively with an experienced support team.
*Ensuring advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures.

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
*Proven experience as a Financial Adviser.
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
*Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
*Experience providing holistic financial advice.
*A proactive approach to business development.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ambition to grow within a progressive and supportive environment.
Experience working within a Partner Practice environment would be advantageous.
