About the RoleAn excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing financial planning and wealth management firm as a Learning & Development Manager.
You will lead the design and delivery of learning programmes across the business, supporting leadership development, early careers, induction, mandatory and regulatory training, sales and role-specific development.
Key Responsibilities*Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes
*Lead leadership, management and early careers development
*Deliver induction, regulatory and role-specific training
*Work with HR and managers to identify development needs
*Develop competency frameworks and assessment programmes
*Support AI, digital learning and HR technology initiatives
*Use learning data and analytics to measure effectiveness
*Manage internal and external stakeholders
About You*Previous L&D experience, ideally within financial or professional services
*Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
*Experience delivering leadership and behavioural training
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning
*Understanding of learning analytics and competency frameworks
*Interest in AI and the future of workplace learning
Relevant qualifications such as CIPD, ATD or ILM would be advantageous.
