An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked team at a well-established firm in Wiltshire. This is a fantastic chance to work with HNW clients, including entrepreneurs, farmers and landed estates, advising on a full range of private client matters.
The Role............
You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice and being a key ambassador for the Private Client team within the local community.
*Estate planning, trusts and asset protection
*Estate administration and legal document drafting
*Tax mitigation strategies and wealth preservation
What experience is desired..........
*6+ years’ PQE in private client law
*Strong knowledge of tax and succession planning
*Full STEP membership (or a willingness to complete the diploma, funded by the firm)
