We are recruiting Cover Supervisors for secondary schools in Ashford and the surrounding area, offering flexible daily supply work from September / ASAP.

What Is a Cover Supervisor?Cover Supervisors provide classroom supervision when a teacher is unavailable. The school provides the lesson and resources, meaning your role is primarily to ensure students remain engaged, follow the instructions provided and maintain good behaviour.
You’ll be expected to:
*Supervise lessons across a range of subjects
*Deliver work that has been prepared by teaching staff
*Maintain classroom discipline
*Support students where appropriate
*Encourage students to remain focused on their work
*Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
You do not need to be a qualified teacher, and you won’t be responsible for planning lessons or marking students’ work.
