Elevation Recruitment group are proud to be partnering with a brilliant manufacturing company, in the hire of a Maintenance Manager. Key responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager:
*Provide Maintenance Manager cover across the South Yorkshire sites.
*Develop and deliver long-term maintenance strategies to improve reliability and performance.
*Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations to eliminate recurring issues.
*Implement condition-based monitoring and enhance planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
*Analyse CMMS data, downtime trends and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
*Support production process improvements to maximise equipment reliability and output.
*Develop, implement and maintain maintenance standards and best practices.
Maintenance Manager experience required:
*Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role.
*A successful track record within a manufacturing or maintenance environment, ideally within woodworking, FMCG or packaging.
*Experience implementing or supporting the roll-out of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
*Lean Six Sigma qualifications/certificate (desirable)
*A Full UK driving licence.
*An experienced multi-skilled engineer.
*Educated to NVQ Level 3 in an engineering discipline.
*Have excellent organisational, written and numerical skills, computer literate.
