What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 months’ experience working in UK schools

A flexible and adaptable approach to supporting teaching and learning

Confidence in working across different year groups within a primary setting

The ability to lead from the front and confidently cover the classroom when required

Strong communication and classroom management skills

A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
