Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a
well-established and growing flooring manufacturer based in
Luton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values

The Role

Working within the production team, you will be involved in the
preparation and finishing of metal components used within
flooring products.

Key responsibilities include:

* Satinising and finishing metal components to a high standard
* Operating machinery and hand tools
* Preparing materials prior to processing
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure consistency and finish
* Packing finished products ready for dispatch
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Supporting the team to meet daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience within production, manufacturing, or metal
finishing is beneficial
* High attention to detail, particularly around quality and
finish
* A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
* Reliable and consistent work ethic
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
