Position: Primary Supply Teacher
Contract: Daily Supply / Short-Term / Long-Term

Academics are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers to join our team and work across primary schools in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.

The Role:*Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
*Follow lesson plans and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning
*Create a positive and supportive classroom environment
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively
*Adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of different pupils
*Work collaboratively with school staff and support pupils throughout the school day
The Ideal Candidate:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
*Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school
*Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
*Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
*A patient, enthusiastic and nurturing approach
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for working with children
