The role of the Finance Manager is critical in the success of the financial reporting and transactional reporting of this Not for Profit organisation


The role will include;
*Management of a small team covering production of the month end, year end and some transactional services.
*oversee the statutory reporting requirements
*Act as the technical Finance Business Partner to internal stakeholders.
*develop better processes and controls across finance
*Manage ad hoc projects as they arise


Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
*Proven experience staff management
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £52,000 to £55000
*26 days annual leave + bank holidays
*a raft of excellent work benefits.
*1 day a week in the office
