Full job descriptionIdeally, you’ll have:
*Proven experience recruiting within Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain or a closely related sector
*A strong understanding of the Logistics market and its key challenges
*A track record of winning new business and developing client relationships
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*The confidence and drive to build something from scratch
*A strong commercial mindset and genuine desire to succeed
*The ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider team
*A consultative approach to recruitment and a passion for delivering an excellent service
