The Role:
You’ll advise a broad client base on a range of construction matters, including:
*Non-contentious construction and development work.
*Drafting and negotiating construction documentation.
*Providing commercial, day-to-day legal advice throughout projects.
*Assisting with construction disputes and adjudications where required.
About you:
*Qualified Solicitor
*Experience in non-contentious construction law.
*Exposure to contentious construction work would be advantageous.
*Strong drafting skills with a commercial and client-focused approach.
