The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Financial Controller within a legal firm, with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles tailored to professional services. Your proven ability to interpret financial data for non-finance colleagues and your track record in managing financial teams will be essential to success in this role. The Head of Finance supervised a Finance team of 3 transactional staff.
*Educated to degree level and qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent
*Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role within a professional services environment
*Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, auditing, and taxation principles
*Experience managing teams and developing finance strategies
*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
