Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
37.5 hours per week
28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus 1 day off for your birthday
Salary £24,800, rising to £25,300 after probation
Upselling bonus, retention bonus, and attendance bonus also available

About you:
*Have at least 1 year experience of phone-based customer service
*Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills, for example being able to send accurate and professional emails to customers
*Have computer skills including copy and paste, Office365 applications, and switching between different applications
*Can display empathy and confidence with customers and have the ability to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution to calls and emails
*Are willing to share your ideas constructively and honestly with your manager and your team
*Are self-motivated to give our customers an excellent service experience
*Have attention to detail and can prioritise your workload to complete the tasks and targets set
*Are confident dealing with phone, email, and online enquiries from customers and suppliers. Often you will have multiple issues ongoing at the same time so managing your work in our CRM is essential
*Are quick to learn and willing to adapt as the industry and business changes
