The Bukola Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading business services organisation with a large, diverse and multi-site workforce to recruit a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused business where you will play a key role in supporting managers across multiple locations on a broad range of employee relations matters and people initiatives.
Working as part of an established HR team, you’ll be responsible for managing a varied employee relations caseload, coaching managers, supporting organisational change, and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to people management across the business.
This role would suit a confident HR professional who enjoys working in operational environments, thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a passion for delivering practical and commercially focused HR solutions in a multi-site, unionised environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, flexible working requests, redundancies and dispute resolution.
*Provide prompt and professional HR advice to managers on employee relations matters and employment legislation.
*Coach and support managers in handling people issues confidently and effectively.
*Review case documentation, evidence and correspondence to ensure procedural compliance and minimise risk.
*Draft HR correspondence and support managers through formal meetings and hearings where required.
*Analyse people data, monitor trends and provide recommendations to support business decision-making.
*Assist with organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and TUPE activity.
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
*Support wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
*Previous experience in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations-focused position.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
*Experience managing complex employee relations casework from start to finish.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*The ability to manage a high-volume and varied caseload within a fast-paced environment.
*Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
*A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
*A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Highly Desirable
*Experience managing employee relations casework within a multi-site organisation.
*Exposure to TUPE processes and organisational change activity.
*Experience working with Trade Unions.
*Previous experience within multi-site Facilities Management, Business Services, Cleaning, Security, Hospitality, Logistics or other operationally-led environments.
*CIPD Level 5 qualification.
