Manchester | Hybrid | Up to £45,000 + Bonus
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced conveyancing professional to step into a Team Lead position within a growing Manchester-based conveyancing team.
This is a purely leadership-focused role, with no individual case handling. You’ll be responsible for supporting and developing a small pod of conveyancers, acting as their point of escalation and helping them deliver a high-quality service to clients.
The Role
You’ll lead a pod of four, made up of yourself and three conveyancers. Your focus will be on:
*Coaching, supporting and developing your team
*Providing guidance on complex conveyancing matters
*Signing off files and ensuring quality and compliance
*Acting as the escalation point for your pod
*Providing holiday cover and support when required
*Monitoring performance and helping the pod achieve its targets
*Supporting the team with their day-to-day queries and development
*Helping to maintain high levels of client service and legal quality
Importantly, this is not a fee-earning case-handling position. Your focus will be on leading, supporting and developing your team.
About You
We’re open to candidates from a range of conveyancing backgrounds. You don’t need to be qualified, although you should have strong conveyancing experience and the confidence to provide guidance and support to a team.
If you are interested in progressing your qualifications, the business can offer fully funded CILEx training.
You may be a current Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Conveyancer looking for a more dedicated leadership role, or an experienced conveyancer ready to take the next step into management.
