This beautifully presented home provides high-quality, person-centred care for older people living with dementia, offering both long-term and respite care within a comfortable and homely environment.
With accommodation for up to 20 residents, the home offers a personalised approach to care within a charming converted property. Residents can enjoy comfortable communal spaces, a peaceful garden, and the opportunity to personalise their bedrooms with their own furniture and belongings.

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their day-to-day needs and ensuring they receive the highest standard of compassionate, person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents
*Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
*Assisting residents with mobility and maintaining their independence
*Supporting residents with their individual routines and preferences
*Administering medication where trained and authorised to do so
*Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
*Promoting residents’ dignity, choice, and independence
*Creating a safe, calm, and positive environment
*Encouraging social interaction and resident engagement
*Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and quality of life
*Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistently high standards of care
About You
The successful candidate will be a caring, reliable, and compassionate individual who genuinely enjoys supporting older people.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience working within a care home or similar setting
*Experience supporting individuals living with dementia – desirable
*A compassionate and person-centred approach
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A reliable, proactive, and team-focused attitude
*A genuine passion for providing outstanding care
