Description
As Office Manager/Personal Assistant, you will;
*Oversee the day-to-day management of the office, including supplies and facilities.
*Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to senior management.
*Organise meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements.
*Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
*Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication.
*Manage and maintain office systems and records efficiently.
*Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
*Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Office Manager / Personal Assistant should have:
*Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant within a energy or renewables environment.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with language skills a bonus.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
*The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
*A positive and adaptable attitude to support a busy team.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
