Full job descriptionCredit Controller | Hybrid | Wilmslow | 37.5 HoursTwo opportunities available! We’re looking for experienced Credit Controllers to join a friendly and supportive finance team.
There are 2 roles available - one 9-month contract and one 12-month contract, with potential for both positions to become permanent.

What you’ll be doing*Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email and letter
*Setting up and reinstating Direct Debits
*Resolving customer queries
*Cash allocation and account management
*Sending copy invoices and supporting with general finance administration
*Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
What we’re looking for*Previous Credit Control experience is essential
*Good understanding of transactional finance
*Confident using Excel, Word and Outlook
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Organised, proactive and able to prioritise
*Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
