A thriving Derbyshire based Family Department is excited to announce a rare opportunity for a talented and motivated junior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its team.
As a Family Solicitor within this team you will be expected to handle a diverse range of private family law matters. This position is ideal for someone who is self-sufficient, proactive and eager to develop their career in matrimonial work.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide expert legal advice and advocacy in private family law, including:
*Separation and divorce
*Financial remedy applications
*Financial matters for cohabitees
*Private law children matters

*Manage cases with minimal supervision
*Engage directly with clients to deliver personalized legal solutions
*Travel between our offices as required to meet client needs
Desirable Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor or full CILEx qualification
*Membership of Resolution and adherence to its code of practice (preferred)
*Willingness to participate in marketing initiatives to promote the firm and team
