A company based on the south coast within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
Description
*Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
*Manage month-end and year-end financial processes.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
*Support the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings.
*Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
*Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data.
*Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvements.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in accounting and finance.
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*The ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
