Your responsibilities
*Support day-to-day business operations and administration
*Manage incoming calls and candidate registration documentation
*Provide coordination support across teams
*Work with senior leaders and gain exposure to strategic decision-making
*Conduct research and analysis and present your findings
*Lead feedback meetings and support team development
*Welcome and support clients and candidates


About you
You don’t need previous experience — we’re looking for potential, ambition and drive.
*2:1 degree or above in any discipline
*Positive, energetic and people-focused
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Proactive approach and willingness to learn
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Eligible to work in the UK
