Full job descriptionPrivate Family Solicitor – Leamington Spa

An established Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (ideally 1+ year PQE) to join its Private Family team.

You will manage your own Legal Aid Private Law caseload, including children, finance, domestic abuse and injunction matters, with advocacy and court attendance. You will have the ability to work independently, manage deadlines & billing and provide a high standard of client care.

We are looking for:
*Experience managing a Private Law Legal Aid caseload
*Advocacy and court experience
*Knowledge of Legal Aid Agency requirements
*Strong organisational and IT skills
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*Professional, personable and client-focused approach
*Full UK driving licence
