You will handle a varied non-contentious construction caseload including:
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and associated documents
*Supporting contentious matters such as adjudications and construction disputes
*Advising a diverse client base including housing associations, developers, contractors and consultants
*Procurement and risk allocation
About You
*Qualified Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive
*Newly Qualified + experience in construction law
