As a Consultant Ecologist, you will:
*Undertake protected species, botanical and habitat surveys
*Complete PEAs, EcIAs and professional ecological reports
*Deliver BNG assessments, habitat mapping and enhancement strategies
*Support protected species licence applications and mitigation
*Manage projects and liaise with clients and stakeholders
*Provide guidance and mentoring to junior ecologists
Requirements:
*2+ years’ ecological consultancy experience
*Relevant ecology/environmental degree
*Protected species licence(s) and progress towards others
*Experience with UKHab, BNG and ecological reporting
*QGIS or ArcGIS experience
*CIEEM membership
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
*Full right to work in the UK
*Living in or within a commutable distance of the Kent office
