Job Title: General Construction Labourer
Location: Dorking, Surrey (RH4 / RH5)
Start Date: Late October 2026
Contract Duration: Ongoing / Long-Term
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.50 per hour (dependent on pay type)
About the RoleWe are recruiting a reliable, hard-working General Labourer for an upcoming position on a commercial build in Dorking, starting towards the end of October 2026.
This role offers steady full-time hours, consistent weekly pay, and long-term work through the autumn and winter months with an established contractor.
Key Responsibilities*Assisting site trades and sub-contractors with day-to-day work.
*Offloading material deliveries and stocking work areas across site safely.
*Keeping walkways, stairwells, and access routes clear, safe, and hazard-free.
*Sweeping, managing waste disposal, and keeping site recycling skips clear.
*Strictly adhering to site health & safety rules and wearing full PPE.
Requirements*Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential).
*Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and safety gloves).
*Previous general site labouring experience.
*Hard-working, punctual, and reliable.
*Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
*Right to work in the UK.
Working Hours & Benefits*Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40-45 hours per week).
*Start Date: End of October 2026.
*Duration: Ongoing long-term work.
*Weekly pay via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE options.
