Full job descriptionOur client are a leading supplier of construction services to the NHS, Local Councils, Authorities, Schools and the private sector. They are currently expanding their team in St Albans and looking for an Estimator/QS to join them.
The Role
*Measure and estimate projects.
*Interpret technical drawings.
*Use & read CAD.
*Estimate amount of products needed for large and small scale projects.
*Provide quotations for projects.
*Visit customers across the South East to discuss measurements and requirements for fit outs.
*Negotiate orders and project timelines.
*Regular travel across home counties.
The Candidate
*Full UK drivers license
*Previous background in estimating, quantity surveying or construction.
*Ability to understand technical drawings and estimations.
Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm
Competitive based on experience + sales incentive bonuses + expenses
