Full job descriptionAre you a proactive legal professional with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for commercial contracts?
This people-centric, flourishing B-Corps property management company, are looking for a Mid-Level Paralegal to join the team at their West London HQ (a short walk from Regent’s Park).
This is a high-impact hybrid role providing top-tier legal and operational support across the entire organisation, working with the Legal Counsel to deliver essential oversight.
What you’ll be doing:
*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including property management agreements, NDAs, and supplier contracts.
*Preparing first-draft advice notes and issuing summaries for Counsel review.
*Managing pre-litigation processes and assisting with claims, disputes, and court proceedings.
*Coordinating workflows with internal stakeholders, managing the Legal Inbox, and ensuring all deadlines are meticulously diarised.
*Maintaining document management systems to an audit-ready standard and monitoring changes to government regulations.
This role is perfect for someone who is not just technically sound, but also highly organised and proactive.
Salary on offer circa £45,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including generous holiday allowance, annual bonus, healthcare and dental cover.
You should have:
*An intermediate-to-advanced understanding of contract law, including IP, liabilities, indemnities, and TUPE.
*At least 2 years of paralegal experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in-house.
*An undergraduate law degree combined with either the LPC or SQE1 is essential.
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential matters.
*A self-starter who avoids ambiguity, embraces technology, and is committed to continuous self-development.
