Family Solicitor – The Role:
As the successful Family Solicitor, you will manage a broad caseload including:
*Divorce and separation & Cohabitation disputes
*Financial remedy matters
*Child arrangements and children’s matters
*Civil partnership issues
*Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
*Protective injunctions and urgent family law applications
*Negotiate settlements
Candidate Requirements
