Full job descriptionThe Role:
*Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
*Support children with autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour and complex needs
*Assist with academic, emotional and behavioural development
*Deliver interventions and support classroom-based activities
*Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
*Promote an inclusive, nurturing and positive learning environment
Requirements:
*Previous experience working with children with SEND
*Experience supporting autism and/or complex needs is desirable
*Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Good understanding of safeguarding
*Relevant TA, LSA or education experience is desirable
