Description


*Lead and deliver accounting advisory engagements for a diverse client base.
*Provide technical accounting advice under UK GAAP and IFRS.
*Support corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and fundraising activity.
*Prepare and review financial reporting papers, accounting position papers and technical assessments.
*Advise clients on complex accounting matters arising from business change, restructuring and transaction activity.
*Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring delivery to budget and timescales.


Profile


*ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
*Previous experience within accounting advisory, transaction services or a technical accounting environment.
*Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
*Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project delivery.
